Sussex Brandy

Slake brandy is distilled from locally grown & gathered grapes from Sussex using traditional methods. The wine is twice pot distilled to produce a characterful distillate showcasing the different varietals grown in the South East of England. The new make spirit is then blended with Sussex spring water and matured in fresh oak casks.
