The distillery doors are now open every 2nd & 3rd Saturday of the month from 12-6pm for the Sip & Shop Sessions at The Chalk House!

Join us for a relaxing afternoon, sipping on delicious drinks & refilling your spirits (bottles & soul!). Don’t forget to bring your empties along to The Refillery for a top up (£5 off per refill)*. Good for the planet & your wallet! All while enjoying a refreshing beverage or two at The Knuckerhole Bar from our menu of seasonal craft cocktails & mocktails.

Apparently some people don’t actually like gin… I know! But don’t be ashamed to bring them along anyway. 😉 Our bar is also fully stocked with locally produced wines, spirits, beers & ciders. Including greatno & low options and some delicious drops from further afield that share our passion for wild & foraged flavours.

*We can only refill original Slake bottles like for like! Please, bring the bottles back in the condition you would like them to be refilled & do not rinse the bottles out with water unless immediately prior to refilling (the alcohol residue will typically prevent any bacterial growth).
