Wild Elixir

Wild Elixir is a new range of Sussex aperitifs produced by Slake Spirits in collaboration with Stopham Estate vineyard & winery. Dr. Thomas Martin-Wells, distiller from Slake Spirits & head winemaker Thomas Bartlett from Stopham Estate have been in cahoots for a number of years working on a long-term project to develop opportunities for distilled spirits alongside the maturing local wine industry. This deliciously unique range of Sussex aperitifs are the first fruits of their rather tasty partnership!
