Slake Spirits create wild inspired spirits of character that are meticulously made to slake your thirst & inspire natural curiosity. Afterall, when it comes to flavour, there’s always more to discover! You can send someone a ticket to their own taste adventure this Christmas, or maybe even treat yourself to a cocktail masterclass, and share the sensational flavours of Sussex by the Sea in the New Year.
Three tailored distillery experiences are available:
- £35 – Mossy Bottom – Welcome drink & distillery tour – 1 hour
- £50 – Chalkpit – As above, plus gin & spirit tasting flight – 1.5 hours
- £70 – Thundersbarrow – As above, plus cocktail masterclass & grazing board – 2+ hours
After the distillery tour you can enjoy our new tasting room & cocktail bar, The Knuckerhole. Additional tasting flights, cocktails, food pairings and more are available, including some wild, rare & regional spirits, many of which you can buy a bottle to take home too.

The voucher can be redeemed against distillery tours & tasting events via Eventbrite. Vouchers for distillery experiences are non-refundable after 14 days. A maximum of one rebooking is allowed without charge. In the case of late cancellation (<48 hours) no rebooking will be offerred.
